Rockstar Games\’ antihero Max Payne gets his own movie with this video game adaptation. Mark Wahlberg (THE DEPARTED) plays the titular cop who is still trying to get over the death of his family while investigating several murders, while Mila Kunis (FORGETTING SARAH MARSHALL) costars as an assassin desperate for her own revenge.

After residing on the New York Times best seller list, Sue Monk Kidd\’s beloved novel now moves to the silver screen. Set in 1964 South Carolina, THE SECRET LIFE OF BEES follows Lily Owens (Dakota Fanning), a young teenager whose mother died and whose distant father (Paul Bettany) seems nearly as far away. So Lily finds comfort in her friendship with her caretaker, Rosaleen (Jennifer Hudson). The unlikely pair escapes to a town where they stay with the Boatwright sisters (Queen Latifah, Sophie Okonedo, and Alicia Keys), who show Lily the wonders of beekeeping.

Drew Barrymore lends her perky pipes to a spoiled Chihuahua named Chloe in this live-action Disney comedy. Somehow Chloe finds herself in Mexico, far from her life in Beverly Hills, and she has to find her way home. Andy Garcia, George Lopez, and Salma Hayek are among the vocal talent in SOUTH OF THE BORDER, while Piper Perabo, Manolo Cardona, and Jamie Lee Curtis star.

Edward Norton and Colin Farrell play brothers in a family of cops in this drama from director Gavin O\’Connor (MIRACLE). After several New York City cops are killed, one brother must investigate his own family as he tries to solve the difficult case. Jon Voight costars.

Fans of the handheld camerawork of CLOVERFIELD and THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT will find much to like in this remake of Spanish film REC. Jennifer Carpenter (DEXTER) stars as a TV journalist who finds herself far too close to the action of her latest story. When she and her cameraman (Steve Harris, THE PRACTICE) start filming an “average” incident at an apartment building, they realize that one of the building\’s tenants is the victim of a horrific contagious disease and a quarantine will keep them from escaping.
